What we are

Some coffees are grown. Ours are nurtured by families who have farmed the same misty hillsides for generations, in soils that have never needed to be anything other than what they are.

Coffee Taken Slow

We don't move fast and we don't move in bulk. We visit the farms ourselves, sit with the farmers, and learn the story behind every lot before we bring it to you. We're not looking for the most coffee, we are looking for the best, and when we find something that moves us we bring it to you.

M grew up in Tunisia, where coffee is more than a beverage. It is a ritual to slow down, a language spoken without words between friends. When he first went to the highland farms of Da Lat, something clicked. The care, patience, the pride of the farmers he met reminded him of home in a way he hadn't expected.
